About Me

I am the third generation of Fites to enter the family’s real estate business, which was started by her grandfather, Judge Fite, in 1937.

This was completely a choice that I made. It was not an expectation whatsoever. I come from a very good family that wants everyone to go after their own dreams and I think that is very important.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

As a third generation realtor and in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. I earned my bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Texas in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.

I wanted to learn all aspects of business. That’s why I choose entrepreneurship because it teaches a little bit of everything. Instead of just focusing on one course or one aspect of business, you really get a full understanding of all of it.

My education did not end with college. I continue to attend classes, read, and study that art of Real Estate.

I enjoys being involved in the community. I am very active with United Way, Habitat for Humanity and American Cancer Society.

The desire to help others contributed to my decision to go into real estate.

I worked in the property management division on the company of four year. I have extensive training working with investors.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful, supporting husband and our beautiful daughter!

A lot of people look at coming into the family business and a disadvantage – I look at it as an advantage. My family teaches us to show up and work hard when you show up!

I am fortunate to have such great mentors as her father, mother, and grandparents.

I think this is the best thing I can do with the abilities I have been given. I have to work hard, but I enjoy working, and I love what I do!
